What is Grow With Me clothing?
Grow With Me clothing is designed to fit your child through multiple traditional sizes. Adjustable features such as extended cuffs and waistbands allow pieces to grow along with your little one, giving you more wear before they're outgrown.
What sizes do you offer?
Our standard Grow With Me sizes are 3-12m, 1-3Y, 3-6Y, 6-9y, and 9-12y. Some styles may be available in additional sizes by request. Mama sizing varies by style and collection but typically goes up to 4X.
What fabrics do you use?
I focus on soft, comfortable natural-fiber fabrics such as cotton, bamboo, organic cotton, and natural-fiber blends. Exact fabric content will be listed with each product or collection.
Are your clothes handmade?
Yes! Each Stash Spot piece is handmade in small batches. Because your clothing is handmade rather than mass-produced, slight variations may occur and are apart of what makes each piece unique.
What does ready to ship mean?
Ready to Ship (RTS) items are already made and available in the size and style listed. They do not require the normal production time of a Made to Order item.
What does Made to Order mean?
Made to Order (MTO) means the fabric is already available and you choose from the offered sizes and styles. Your item is then handmade specifically for your order.
What is a preorder?
During a preorder, you select your print, size, and available style before the fabric is ordered. Once the preorder closes, fabric is ordered and productions begins. Preorders generally have a longer turnaround time than MTO of RTS releases.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround time varies depending on the type of release and current order volume. The turnaround time for each drop or collection will always be listed before ordering. Turnaround time refers to production time and does not include shipping transit time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the current shipping options offered at checkout. Once your package leaves Stash Spot Clothing Co., delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier.
How should I wash my Stash Spot clothing?
For the longest life, wash in cold water with like colors using gentle detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hand dry when possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please refer to our refund policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order issues.
Can I use discounts or shop credit on every release?
Discounts, credits, and promotional codes may have exclusions. Flash sales, special promotions, preorder, or other limited releases may not qualify. Any restrictions will be stated when the sale or release is announced.
Do you offer custom orders?
Custom availability varies throughtout the year depending on current workload and collections. When custom ordering is available, details will be announced through the shop and our community pages.
