Shipping policy
Processing Time
Processing time depends on the type of order:
- Ready to Ship (RTS): Ships within 3-5 business days.
- Custom Orders: Ships according to posted turnaround time
- Capsules/Yard Sales: Ships according to current turnaround estimate
Turnaround time begins once payment is made and received and all order details are finalized.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or other selected carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Stash Spot Clothing Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional postage to be resent.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Once marked delivered by the carrier, Stash Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers, should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents.
