Refund policy

At Stash Spot Clothing Co., each piece is handmade with care, and due to the custom nature of most of our products, all sales are final. 

However, your happiness matters, and if your order arrives with a major craftmanship issue(such as missed stitching, seam failure, or a significant construction defect), please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can make it right. If garment has been washed it is not eligible for a return.

Eligible Issues:

Returns or repairs may be considered for:

  • Missed stitching
  • Major seam/construction defects
  • Significant workmanship issues affecting wearability

Not Eligibile:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes (fit, print, color, style)
  • Normal handmade variations
  • Wear and tear from use
  • Damage caused by improper washing/care
  • Items reported after 14 days

Resolution:

If an approved issues is reported within the 14-day window, Stash Spot Clothing Co., may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Offer a replacement (if possible)
  • Issue shop credit if another resolution is not available
