Welcome to Stash Spot Clothing Co. By placing an order through our website, social media, or direct invoice, you agree to the following terms:

Handmade Nature:

All items are handmade and may include slight variations in placement, stitching, or overall appearance. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Product Information:

We do our best to accurately display colors, fabrics, and product details. Please note that screen settings may cause slight color doifferences.

Sizing Responsibility:

Please review all size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. Grow-with-me sizing is designed for extended wear, and fit may vary depending on the child's build and diapering needs. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Custom Orders:

Customs require clear print selections, screenshots, or links provided by the customer. Once fabric has been ordered or production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.

Capsule & Yard Sale Orders

Capsule wardrobes and yard sales are custom-made based on customer selections and are final sale.

Payment Terms:

Payment is required in full at checkout or upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled at my discretion.

Turnaround Time:

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to material delays, order volume, holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be provided if delays occur.

Refusal of Service:

Stash Spot Clothing Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or unavailable materials. 

Limitation of Liability:

Stash Spot Clothing Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, normal wear, or failure to supervise children while wearing products.
